This is a very good Fender Wildwood V.It is hard to find this particular guitar on the market & when they pop up they don't last for very long. This guitar has good honest play wear - various nicks, chips, dents & dings; scratches, weather checking & some finish wear. Overall the guitar looks awesome & shows off a nice patina. It plays very nicely and is fun to play. There is an inner pickup installed for a direct output in order for the guitar to be "acoustic/electric." Works great.
Neck:Maple neck with nicely aged cream binding & black side-dots. Beautiful rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl block inlays. Frets show some wear, but have plenty of life in them. An extra string tree was added & the original F-tuners are in perfect working condition. 1 5/8" nut width; 25 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Double-bound dreadnought size body with checkered top binding. Solid spruce top with multi-ring rosette. Rosewood bridge with cream end-pins & six adjustable "barrel" saddles. 4-ply gold pickguard. Beech back & sides with some cool variegation. Guitar weighs 5 lbs 14.2 oz.
