What brands of guitars do you carry?

We carry mainly USA made guitar brands, well-built-quality instruments that are professional/collectible for years to come. (examples: Fender, Gibson, Paul Reed Smith..etc.)

What carriers do you use to ship the guitars?

We use FedEx Business Shipping Services to deliver the guitars. However, we are able to use other carriers if you have an absolute preference (options: UPS, DHL, USPS).

Will I receive updates once the guitar is shipped?

Yes, Show Pony Guitars will send updates to your provided email address on the status of your guitar delivery as well as a digital invoice for your purchase. We receive shipment info from drop-off to delivery in real-time and provide a tracking number to you after the guitar is in the shipping carrier's possession. 

Do you have a return policy?

Yes, we have a return policy and do not sell "As-Is" equipment!

Policy: 14 Days from time of acceptance for all Used & New Guitar orders. Buyer pays return shipping.
