This guitar was hand signed by Jake E. Lee in Cleveland, Ohio at the Red Dragon Cartel Show (his newest group). Photo proof of signature will be included with the guitar. This is a great collector's item as well as a beast of a guitar!
Jake E. Lee is signed to the famous Shrapnel Records. He is best known by playing for Ozzy Osbourne between 1983-1987 and later in Badlands with Ray Gillen! Remember "Bark At The Moon" by Ozzy Osbourne? That is Jake E. Lee's fantastic guitar work!
For decades now, the most requested Charvel guitar ever is this Jake E Lee signature model based on the distinctive white "Charvel-ized" instrument the great guitarist has played ever since he bought it new back in 1975.
With this special guitar, from his first notable successes in the early 1980s through an acclaimed career that continues today with Red Dragon Cartel, Lee remains an admired and influential musician's musician. It is with great pride, then, that Charvel now introduces the first instrument in the Jake E Lee Signature series, the Charvel JEL Signature Pearl White guitar w/Lavender Hue Overcoat.
The only "issue" with this particular guitar is the same as almost all of the other model's from recent years there was some paint chipping at the bottom of the headstock finish by the nut. Literally 90% of these have this (2 other's listed on Reverb at this time have this same chipping). The Good News is we've bought a brand new Black Gruv Gear Wrap to be placed behind the nut to cover up the chipping (seen in photos)! Fret Wraps are awesome! Many shredders use them to play cleaner and sound tighter with less string vibration for intense tapping exercises and sweeping! Don't miss out on this stellar guitar!
